Kyoto Inks is a Japan based ink company made fountain pen inks from traditional dye techniques and the color was mainly use for the Kimono industry. Now these traditional colors are available for fountain pens. These colors are the aspirations of traditional Japanese colors and also name after unique places in Old Japan.
Kyo No Oto No. 13 Seiheki is the blue-green color from the antique Chinese jade stone Seiheki. In ancient times, it was used as the color of the clothes of monks and nuns.
