LAMY 2000 EF NIB
After using the M nib in Lamy 2000, this time decided to go for EF nib after Mr.Lai's suggestion.
The nib offers a sweet and smooth feedback, with no obvious sweet spot.
I was expecting the nib to be scratchy, but to my suprise, the legendary smoothness of the Lamy 2000 nib was magically present, Wow!
A single fill last me 2 days of heavy writing , 8am - 8pm.
No regrets. -
Lamy 2000
The pen is absolutely amazing to use. The nib is very smooth even with the EF nib. The EF nib has a slight architect-like grind to it. Highly recommended.

LAMY 2000 M nib
I got a LAMY 2000 with medium nib. It is a perfect weight, very comfortable to hold and the nib is super smooth and writes like butter. It is currently inked with Pilot Iroshizuku Kon-peki and it's a great combination.

Just Get It!
Bought this classic, uber modern, contemporary, sleek, clean and spartan design masterpiece in medium nib. The nib is juicy, velvety and doesn't hesitate.
The design is timeless, unbelievably modern even after 55 years .
Another excellent suggestion from Mr.Lai. -
Lamy 2000
I was told that avid fountain pen users should have at least a Lamy 2000 in their collection. Boy they were so right about that. I purchased the EF nib and the pen writes smoothly and still wet on my rhodia notebook. Definitely my EDC now

Lamy 2000 M Nib
Absolutely beautiful pen, writes like a dream, feels really good in the hand. If you, like me, have a weird grip when you write (i.e. not tripod), this is the perfect pen because of the smooth transition from the barrel to the front section!

LAMY 2000 EF
Purchased from PenGallery in July. Purchase experience here is great. After a few months use I can say this is a very pleasant writing experience and a fantastic every day fountain pen.
Understated design is lovely and well thought out. Clip and cap is secure and clicks off/on with ease but enough resistance to know that it's not going to fall off accidentally.
Weight and balance make this a comfortable pen to use for long periods posted or unposted.
Ink flow is generous without being too wet.
<EF> nib is a bit thick - Similar to Pelikan 18K <EF> or Sailor 21K <MF>
Piston filler is great for ink volume (don't have to refill every day,) however the ink window is not very clear so still a guessing game as to when the pen is full.
Very good value gold nib pen. -
