In 2024, Montblanc is celebrating the centenary of its Meisterstück with a special edition that pays homage to the origins of this iconic writing instrument and the inaugural Olympic Winter Games held in Chamonix in 1924. This edition, dubbed the Classique, elegantly merges the legacy of Montblanc with the spirit of the Olympics.
The pen features a blue-grey precious resin reminiscent of the official color of the 1924 Winter Games. The cap is engraved with "Olympic Games Chamonix 1924" and framed with a design inspired by the Games' official report cover. The anniversary cap ring highlights both "1924" and "2024", reflecting the significance of the centenary.
Additionally, the cap top showcases the Montblanc emblem set in coral-colored resin, aligning with Montblanc's signature color. The inclusion of the Olympic Rings in the Olympic Heritage logo and the wreath of leaves honors the tradition of awarding victors in ancient Greece.
