This fountain pen comes with a 14K gold nib and accepts Pilot type ink cartridge or converter. This fountain pen accept Pilot CON-70 converter, which holds an ample ink supply while uniquely combining the characteristics of a vacuum-filling and push-button converter. It also accept a CON-40 type converter
