Smooth
Pilot ink doesn't come cheap for a reason. They are known for luxury ink. This colour is best describe as midtone blue with green colour. The flow is good and moderately wet inks. It however, do not perform well in copier paper for Medium size nib and above. It will give a lovely red sheen when it pools or on wet nib.
If you love blue but want a different tone, try Kujaku.
