Pilot Kakuno Fountain Pen was designed to give beginners a doo start to write with, this an ergonomic fountain pen with a smiley nib marked. It is an attractive fountain pen available in 10 different cap colours, there's a Kakuno for everyone. The triangular grip section helps encourage the use of a proper grip when holding a pen, whilst the hexagonal barrel and cap mean the pen won't roll away easily when left on a desk. Available with medium or fine steel nibs, these are true Japanese nibs so should be regarded as fine and extra-fine. Have fun!
System: Accepts Pilot ink cartridges (included 1 pieces in the package). Also accepts Pilot converter CON-20 or CON-50 (not included)

My first fountain pen
This pen is my first ever fountain pen. I have no idea what to expect except a different writing experience, and I was right! Having used ballpoint pens all my life, writing with a fountain pen is very alien but I'm really liking it. Other online reviews has said that you can never go wrong with a Pilot as well. If you're new to fountain pen, I think this is the one to get especially if you're tight on budget.
My only gripe is with the courier. It really took them a long time to deliver the pen.
