Nice and smooth
I like that the nib is nice and smooth. i'm still getting used to writing with finer nibs, but this has been a pleasant start. The ink flows smoothly and neatly across paper, and dries quickly. The pen also looks elegant and is a pleasure to hold.

A step up from the Preppy
The pen writes well and smooth. The ink dries quickly. The weight of the pen is negligible when using. The colour is unique. The weight if compared to the Preppy is almost the same. Unlike the Preppy where it is transparent here the Perfounte you can't really see the insides of the pen from the outside. Other than the way it looks and the metal band on the Perfounte nothing much distinguishes it from the Preppy especially the ease of writing. The Perfounte does have a certain class and looks it !
