Sailor Autumn Sky (Pillow Book) special edition is inspired by the description of the autumn sky in Japan by Sei Shonagon. Sei Shōnagon was a Japanese author, poet, and a court lady who served the Empress Teishi around the year 1000 during the middle Heian period. She is the author of The Pillow Book. In these stories, a humble servant girl describes a number of special colors which are seasonally related. This 2nd series is the unique deep coral colored pen with warm, golden accents mimics the autumn months in Japan. This fountain pen has gold plated trim and a 14k gold nib gold plated and deep coral color.
